ABOUT US:

Raise Wellness was built on a simple idea: wellness should support your life, not take it over.

In a world full of conflicting advice, complicated routines and products promising overnight transformations, we wanted to create something different. Something practical. Something approachable. Something that fits into real life. What started with a passion for herbal teas and natural wellness has grown into a brand centered around helping people feel supported, informed and empowered in their everyday lives.

We believe wellness isn't about perfection. It's about making choices that help you feel a little better today than you did yesterday.

It's the cup of tea that helps you slow down after a long day. The ingredients you can recognize and trust. The small habits that add up over time. The understanding that every person's journey looks different. That's why our products are intentionally created with purpose and simplicity in mind. From handcrafted herbal teas to tallow-based skincare and wellness products, everything we offer is designed to be approachable, effective, and easy to incorporate into everyday life.

As Raise Wellness has grown, so has our mission.

Today, we not only create wellness products, but also support fellow small business owners through photography, website management, content creation, and digital marketing services. At first glance those things may seem unrelated, but they share the same foundation: helping people build something healthier, stronger, and more sustainable. Whether we're blending tea, creating content, capturing photographs or helping a business strengthen its online presence, our goal remains the same—to leave people better than we found them.

What We Believe

• Wellness should feel attainable.

• Education empowers people to make informed choices.

• Progress matters more than perfection.

• Small changes can create meaningful results.

• Small businesses deserve genuine support.

• Community is built through connection, not competition.

• The best solutions are often the simplest ones.

Thank you for being here and for supporting a business built on curiosity, creativity and a genuine desire to help others thrive.

Meet the Founder

If you've spent any amount of time around me, you've probably figured out that sitting still isn't exactly my strong suit.

I've always been the person with too many interests, too many ideas, and a running list of projects that somehow keeps getting longer. For years, I thought that was a flaw. I thought eventually I'd have to pick one thing, stay in one lane and become an expert in only that.

Instead, life taught me something different. Some of us aren't meant to fit neatly into a box.

Over the years, I've been a student, a photographer, a business owner, a homeschool mom, a marketer, a creator, a gardener, and a tea blender. Every experience taught me something valuable, but more importantly, every experience reinforced the same lesson: people need support, encouragement, and practical solutions that actually fit into everyday life.

Not every idea succeeded. Not every plan worked out the way I expected. I've had setbacks, made mistakes, changed directions, started over and learned some lessons the hard way. But every success and every failure taught me something, shaped who I am and helped me grow into the person I am today.

Looking back, I wouldn't change any of it.

What I love most isn't tea, photography, business or even wellness. It's helping people.

I love teaching what I've learned, sharing ideas, solving problems and creating things that make someone's day a little easier, healthier or happier.

Raise Wellness became an extension of that passion.

Not because I had a perfect business plan, but because I wanted to build something that reflected the values I was trying to live by myself: simplicity, curiosity, growth, and the belief that small changes can create meaningful results over time.

When I'm not blending tea or working on the next project that caught my attention, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, reading, learning something new, tending to my garden, or convincing myself that I definitely have room for one more idea.

I'm grateful you're here and I hope Raise Wellness feels a little like sitting down with a friend who genuinely wants to see you succeed.
